Frequently asked questions.
How long does a detail usually take?
The time depends on the size and condition of your vehicle. Most exterior washes take around 45–60 minutes, interior cleanings take 1–2 hours, and full details usually take 2–3 hours. I don’t rush through jobs — I take the time needed to do it right. My goal is always to make sure you’re satisfied before I pack up and leave.
Do I need to be home during the service?
You don’t have to be home as long as the vehicle is unlocked and easy to access. Many customers simply leave the keys somewhere safe or hand them off before heading out. If you prefer to be there, that works too. I’m flexible, and I’ll work around whatever makes the process easiest for you.
What do you need from me during a mobile detail?
All I need is access to your vehicle, a place to park next to it, and a nearby water spigot and standard outlet to hook up to. You don’t need to pre-clean anything — just remove personal items you don’t want in the way, and I’ll take care of the rest. My goal is to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible.
What types of products do you use?
I use safe, reliable products made for professional detailing. Nothing harsh, nothing that will damage your paint or interior. My goal is to leave your vehicle clean without using unnecessary chemicals. I focus on products that get the job done right while keeping your vehicle protected and looking good.
Do you charge more for really dirty cars?
My pricing is based on the size and condition of your vehicle. If your car needs extra time due to heavy dirt, pet hair, spills, or buildup, the price may be on the higher end of the range — but I’m always honest and upfront about it. You’ll never get hit with hidden fees or surprise charges. I believe in transparency.
How do I prepare my car before my appointment?
You don’t need to do much. The only thing I ask is that you remove personal items, loose change, cups, or anything you don’t want touched. This helps me work faster and ensures nothing important gets thrown away by accident. Otherwise, your vehicle can stay exactly how it is.
What if you miss a spot?
If I miss anything or you notice something that needs to be touched up, just let me know before I leave. I always do a walkthrough after finishing a detail and ask you to check everything. Your satisfaction matters to me, and I don’t leave until you’re happy with the end result.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, Cash App, and Zelle. I keep payments simple so you can choose whatever works best for you. Payment is due after the detail is completed and you’ve looked over your vehicle.
How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book at least 1–3 days ahead, especially if you need a specific time. Same-day appointments can sometimes be available depending on my schedule, but they aren’t guaranteed. Booking early helps make sure you get the exact day and time you want.
What are your business hours?
I respond to calls, emails, and booking requests Monday through Friday from 7 PM to 10 PM. All detailing appointments are done on weekends between 10 AM and 7 PM. This schedule allows me to give every vehicle the time and attention it needs while still staying flexible for customers throughout the week.
